What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
A team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!
