We are seeking an organized and dynamic Events Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about events, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to support the planning and execution of exceptional events.

As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with our events team to ensure every detail is accounted for and our clients’ visions are brought to life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including vendor selection, venue setup, and logistical arrangements.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Organize and track event-related materials such as contracts, invoices, and schedules.
  • Provide on-site support during events to address last-minute issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Research and recommend new ideas to enhance event experiences.
