Description:

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of construction projects. This position is responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams to ensure each project is completed with the highest standards of quality, within the defined scope, on time, and within budget. The Senior Project Manager must excel in project planning, team coordination, and client communication, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Build and lead strong, cohesive teams for each project, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, accountability and high performance.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and budgeting, Ensure all phases of the project are executed according to plan.
  • Monitor all aspects of project execution to ensure high-quality standards area maintained. Implement quality control processes to identify and address potential issues early.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project. Ensure that client expectations are understood, managed and met.
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Manage any changes to the project scop, schedule, or budget.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety withing the team and on-site.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Project Management in a construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management or similar field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with financial analysis (e.g. cost breakdowns, risk analysis, budget, etc.) and experience with cost, contract terms and conditions, and profit decisions.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse group of employees.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
