In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter will use direct recruiting strategy, develop employment marketing materials, conduct interviews with health care professionals and interact with hospital clients in states nationwide. The Remote Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Management, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles throughout the entire country. In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job. This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting, candidate development and hands-on client consulting.
