Responsibilities: • Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information in electronic health records. • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and progress updates. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain authorizations. • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment to provide a welcoming patient experience.
