The NetSuite Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, optimization, and strategic utilization of the NetSuite ERP platform to support the organization's business objectives. This role ensures seamless system performance, data integrity, and alignment with cross-functional processes while driving automation and efficiency. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, the manager provides expertise, training, and support to maximize system adoption and impact. The ultimate mission is to empower the organization with scalable, reliable, and innovative ERP solutions that drive growth and operational excellence.
Functions:
NetSuite Administration
● Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal configuration, maintenance, and usage.
● Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access to ensure data security and compliance.
● Develop, implement, and maintain workflows, customizations, saved searches, and reports to meet business needs.
System Optimization
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Warehouse, Planning & Allocation etc.) to gather requirements and improve system functionalities.
● Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the NetSuite environment.
● Regularly evaluate and deploy NetSuite updates, patches, and new modules.
Data Management
● Oversee data integrity, including data imports, cleansing, and validation.
● Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
● Manage system integrations with third-party applications and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
Project Management
● Lead NetSuite implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements, from planning to execution.
● Document business processes, technical configurations, and user manuals for training and reference.
● User Support and Training
● Provide ongoing technical support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability.
