Our dynamic logistics department manages a Europewide network with more than 200 logistics partners and ensures efficient and smooth vehicle transport for both our business partners and private customers.
As a Business Development Manager you will work closely alongside our logistic  team
You will be responsible for your own projects and develop innovative solutions for our daily business operations optimize our existing processes and further enhance our portfolio on an international scale.

your new role 

• Lead Key Logistics HQ Initiatives on a European level focusing on Growth Capacity Lead Times and Cost
• Centrally plan and secure transport and storage capacities for our european markets in collaboration with our local teams
• Monitor transport performance on a country level identify deviations and implement improvement measures with our local teams
• Analyse and optimize our transport network
• Report directly to the Director Consumer Logistics Europe

Qualifications:

• Strong Conceptual and Analytical Skills with a very good attention to detail
• Very good communication skills to be able to work with multiple teams across different countries and hierarchy levels
• Motivation to grow in an fast paced highly dynamic environment
• Previous Professional Experience in (Logistics / Production / Operations)
• Process or Project Management
• Very good Excel or Google Sheet skills
• University degree in Business Logistics Industrial Engineering
• English C1
