Job Description: As an Investment Banking Associate at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. You will work closely with senior bankers to perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research, and will assist in preparing pitchbooks, client presentations, and transaction-related materials. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of finance and capital markets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support transactions
Perform company valuations using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methods
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentation materials for client meetings
Assist in the due diligence process, gathering and analyzing data to support deals
Conduct industry research to identify market trends, financial performance, and competitor activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various transaction stages and deal execution
Track and monitor market conditions to identify opportunities and risks for clients
