Job Description

Company
Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA) is a market leader in regulatory compliance, financial investigations, and data analytics.  We specialize in supporting clients facing cross-border litigation, multi-jurisdictional investigations – internal and external – and compliance program design and testing.  At FRA, we are regularly hired to provide expertise on some of the world’s largest compliance matters and are consistently recognized and recommended for our client service excellence.

Job Profile
FRA’s Forensic Technology practice is a global data and technology team focused on supporting clients dealing with complex regulatory and compliance issues, investigations, and disputes. Our team works with large multifaceted datasets across multiple industries such as Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing, Health Sciences, and Finance.

As an Associate Director in our Forensic Technology practice, you will manage the execution and delivery client deliverables relating to the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) process. You will need to apply independent judgment and discretion to all aspects of service delivery: staffing, resource management, internal and external escalations, managing client expectations, working with senior management, and mentoring and guiding junior members to success.

Successful candidates will work in a collegial and collaborative manner with internal resources, lead client communications as a legal project management subject matter expert, and demonstrate effective organizational skills including coordination, documentation, and execution. You will oversee and lead multiple projects and complex work streams, ensuring delivery against plan, mitigating risks and issues, and supporting the seamless integration of our advisory services into broader forensic accounting and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of engagements through all aspects of the engagement lifecycle including development of work plans, budgets, communications and feedback, and client delivery and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day support on client engagements, ensuring team members have the clarity, support and development they need to remain engaged and appropriately skilled to deliver optimum levels of client service.

  • Develop new and existing client relationships, expanding and delivering value-added services and business opportunities, including the preparation of pitches and proposals.
  • Advance personal branding and the marketplace reputation of FRA by speaking at seminars/conferences/roundtables, authoring thought leadership materials, and active participation in relevant industry trade groups.
  • Drive Forensic Technology and FRA strategic initiatives including the usage of new technology and techniques, enhanced processes, and procedures, and thought leadership.
