Financial Services Associate (FSA)

Compensation: $3,000/month base (increases to $5,000 if District is on-track YTD) + lucrative commissions and bonus opportunities

About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Financial Services Associate (FSA) and leverage your expertise to make a significant impact in the life insurance and financial services industry. You will be instrumental in supporting our district's agents while building your own client relationships and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote promotions, manage group emails, and maintain trackers.
• Provide sales ideas and life training to district agents.
• Serve as the district contact for life insurance and Financial Services (FFS) inquiries.
• Attend all district gatherings and training sessions.
• Conduct one-on-one sales sessions with assigned agencies, sharing commissions based on performance.
• Collaborate with agency staff to cross-sell services and train them on life insurance offerings.
• Set and achieve monthly life premium and income goals, reporting weekly progress to the team.
• Maintain a minimum number of agent contacts weekly.
• Participate in weekly staff update meetings.

Requirements:

• State life and health license with corresponding variable authority.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in life insurance and financial services.
• Satisfactory results of a background check.

Resources & Support:

• Access to Farmers' customer base as a service provider for full-time agents.
• Dedicated case manager, Financial Services Director, and Life Sales Consultants.
