Join Our Team as an Assistant Events Assistant at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction is searching for an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. • Assist in planning and organizing company events, including conferences, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and schedules.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Support the creation of event materials, such as agendas, name tags, and promotional items.
• Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and track registrations.
• Conduct research on potential venues, suppliers, and event trends to enhance future events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown.
• Prior experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
