We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our team at Swift 7 Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both in-person and virtual
  • Work closely with event managers and clients to ensure all event requirements are met
  • Prepare and manage event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional materials
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all logistics are handled effectively
  • Help set up event spaces and ensure they are ready for the event day
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Maintain and track event budgets and assist with expense reporting
  • Collect feedback from event participants and assist with post-event evaluations

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
