About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will help coordinate and manage a variety of events that showcase our clients' brands. Whether it's a product launch, corporate event, or special celebration, you’ll work alongside the team to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to confirm event details and logistics.
• Help manage event setups, including decorations, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and activities.
• Provide on-site support during events to handle any last-minute changes or issues.
• Track event budgets and assist in making cost-effective decisions.
• Prepare post-event reports and assist in event evaluations for future improvements.
• Maintain and organize event-related files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
• Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings, depending on the event schedule.
