As an Events Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will assist the Events Manager and team with logistical tasks, venue preparation, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-site management.
• Work closely with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure event details are executed to perfection.
• Help organize event materials and supplies, ensuring they are available and properly arranged.
• Manage guest lists and assist with guest registration during events.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Provide logistical support during events, including setting up, coordinating with staff, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Maintain event records and post-event reports.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
