We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning and execution of various corporate and client-facing events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event coordination, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure seamless event operations.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Job:

Full time 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the events team to plan, organize, and execute events such as meetings, conferences, and special occasions.
• Assist in managing event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and equipment preparation.
• Handle guest lists, RSVPs, and registration processes.
• Support the team in maintaining budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing post-event reports.
• Act as a point of contact during events, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management tools.
• Previous experience in event coordination or a related role is advantageous but not required.
