Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team and help bring our events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning coordination and execution of various events including corporate meetings conferences and social gatherings.
• Support the Events Manager in developing event concepts timelines and budgets.
• Research and liaise with vendors suppliers and venues to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation catering audio/visual equipment and onsite setup.
• Help create and maintain event marketing materials including invitations programs and social media content.
• Attend events to provide onsite support and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
• Collect feedback postevents and assist in analysing results to inform future planning.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
