Compensation Range: $25+/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Manufactured Home Loan Broker Business Administrator to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in facilitating manufactured home loans. You will ensure exceptional service delivery working with Brokers, acting as the primary contact for all Broker-related business. Your expertise will drive efficient processing of loan applications, maintain accurate records, and support our clients. Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Brokers, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the Brokers' needs are met throughout the entire loan process.
  • Collaborate with Underwriters and Loan Processors to facilitate timely underwriting decisions and loan closings.
  • Manage loan files, track milestones, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, using Encompass, (or similar mortgage loan origination software)
  • Stay current with the latest regulations, policies, and procedures related to manufactured home loans and compliance.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to provide guidance and answer any questions regarding loan products, terms, and processes.
  • Manage loan pipeline, ensuring timely progression of each application from pre-approval to closing.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, loan processors, and other relevant parties to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
  • Coordinate loan funding activities, ensuring all closing conditions are met.
  • Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with regulatory standards and internal Triad policies.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the loan process, working collaboratively with the internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff on loan policies, processing procedures, and customer service best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or commensurate professional experience.
  • 2 + years’ experience with loan origination software, preferably Encompass
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan administration or mortgage lending, preferably with manufactured homes
  • Proficiency in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven knowledge of the manufactured housing industry and related lending regulations
  • Strong understanding of loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple loans simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Capable of exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Familiarity with the preparation and recording of loan documents
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Current knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations
