About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and professional Recruiter to join our team on a temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, helping us find high-quality candidates for a variety of behavioral health positions. Your expertise will help us connect with talented individuals who can make a real difference in mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting process from start to finish for assigned job openings.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of each position and the characteristics of ideal candidates.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks) to find and attract top talent, including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
Interview & Selection: Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth selection process.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience for all candidates, from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
Industry Engagement: Stay informed on trends in the behavioral health industry and build strong relationships with mental health professionals.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in behavioral health recruitment, including mental health professionals.
Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to utilize various sourcing platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks) to find top talent.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCiMS or similar) and the ability to manage recruitment processes using technology.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for engaging candidates and hiring managers.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
