Join our client's AmLaw team as an Antitrust Associate Attorney, handling complex cases involving antitrust litigation, investigations, and merger reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation, including trials and appeals.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop strategic case plans.
• Work collaboratively with team members on discovery and case preparation.
• Provide guidance on antitrust risk and compliance as needed.

Qualifications:

• JD and in good standing with the bar.
• 3-6 years of experience in antitrust litigation.
• AmLaw experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
